Awakening to Change
Dear Friends These past few weeks have been quite a struggle for many, many people. And, now as change is on the horizon people are truly facing deeply rooted fears around survival. Fear does not have to feel like "being afraid" of something to be fear based behavior. The membrane which causes fear acts in an absolute way, preventing the body/mind and brain from recognizing the pulses of fear until it is too late and the experience of limitation or pain is already created.
