Summer Solstice Blessings and Heart Awakening

Happy Solstice Everyone

As we approach the Solstice, I am writing to share some reflections on honoring this transition and the ending of karmic patterns and trauma.

Many of us who walk a spiritual path believe we are truly allowing the light into our hearts, but this is not always the truth. This season presents a powerful opportunity for moving on and intentionally opening the heart to allow the light in more fully.  During the transition of the Sun from Gemini to Cancer, we will learn to feel more "at home" in our bodies, surroundings and in the Light of Creator.  8 years ago we began experiencing the many aspects of the Saturn/Pluto conjunction in Capricorn bringing our deepest fears, trauma and unworthiness into focus.  For some, this relates directly to resources and how to create and receive those resources.  For others it was about abuse of power, (love) and those who withheld that love from you during your life.  This is a deeply felt experience of abuse, when one believes themself to be unworthy of love, especially from parents.  The withholding is what we call "love on my terms", sending the strong message - if you do not behave according to what I want, then I will withhold love until you do.  We have all experienced narcissism in this way and many other ways.

However, Solstice energy, now aligning with Uranus in Gemini and Chiron newly ingressing  in Taurus will tell a very new and different story.  Chiron the wounded healer, will show all of us what we truly believe about resources of all types. (especially if we believe ourselves to be "capable' or not)  I believe we will be surprised at the changes and the information we have been holding around "deserving" .. most importantly we have a huge opportunity to understand our "inner light, spiritual resources and the process of re-building our lives now. Pluto in Aquarius says, "Yes, you spent years building the life you needed and believed you were supposed to have, and NOW that you know the truth, I want you to build it again, Starshine!"

 You see, those who have come with accelerated energy and spiritual abilities are here to support the new earth and her people.  Because you held this mission, essentially you walked a blind path, one of not knowing "why" you struggled and suffered - the shame, abuse, deeply rooted patterns from other lifetimes and genetics, caused you to find healing with an inward light.  This difficulty WAS your path.  As you grew through this and learned how to navigate the darkness, you expanded in ways you still don't have consciousness of.  However, now as we move into the new Astrology (which is our tool as light beings) we are walking a new path.  But for some still not feeling worthy, or aligning with creator energies because of anger, resentment or bitterness, it is time for a powerful shift into light.

If the energy here resonates with you, please consider joining us for this Zoom class.  These classes are designed to bring new information and healing to everyone.  The healing frequencies are not random or one size fits all.  Spirit knows what we need individually and as healers.  And because we are our Star Identity, we receive continued guidance and understanding about bringing forth our potential with ease and grace.  The most difficult part of transformation is letting go of unworthiness - and this is the reason we cannot allow the light fully into our being.  Opening to source was not easy for any of us, as guilt, shame or abandonment made us believe we couldn't possibly be "perfect" enough to be accepted by our Creator.  We now know this is not true, however our bodies can sometimes tell us a different story.

This class will focus on and address these residual energies, and begin the new alignment with Source Codes that are much needed right now as the new foundation for what we will build.  Having the connection to these codes is like getting an attunement which can immediately change our awareness, perception, focus and path of reality.   Alternatively, you can schedule a private session for support, healing and assistance.

Additionally, I am very happy to announce I am opening an office in Verona NJ to meet in person with local clients.  I know some people prefer this over phone sessions.  So, feel free to schedule an appointment at your convenience.  At this location I will be facilitating physical healings also.  Not exactly a body scan but deep healing and energy work.  More to come....

I also want to remind everyone about our 1st Group Meditation on Tuesday June 30 at 7 PM EDT for 1 hour or however long you can stay.  This is not a guided meditation, and will not be on Zoom.  Anyone can join with the Intention of Healing Earth - and anything that comes into your heart at that time - PLEASE keep the intention so that we are all focusing on healing for the same thing at the same time. We will be doing this every Tuesday at the same time, so please mark your calendars, as no further reminders will be sent.  In the future, if Spirit wants it so, we will gather on YouTube or Zoom, but until then it is up to each of us to show up. 

Envisioning a free flowing Golden Energy pouring down from Creator/Spirit/Loved Ones onto humanity, and moving inward to the heart of awakening.  Simple and Powerful.
